This is definitely not the best game ever...
Sorry, but this is not 3D. It's 2d, nothing like 3d..also, it's nothing like asteroids. It just happens to have the same item (but just cause a game involves a mushroom doesn't make it Mario). It was very boring, not much work went into it. I'd say think of something more original, put more effort into the art, and you'll be good. I hope my comments help your future output.

Personally I didn't like it much. It may have helped some people, and it wasn't aweful, but you sure could have made it a lot better. First off, it needs a back button. Secondly, it needs some animation. Thirdly, it needs to explain the actionscript rather than just giving it to you. That way people can learn. All in all, not a great tutorial, but at least it's better than a lot of crap that comes on here.

Great, apologize to the Mac users for not knowing how their fonts work, but do you give a word to us Linux users? What about those other dudes, the FreeBSD and BeOS people? You ever think about them? NOOOOO!!!
Haha, jk, any Linux user would know how to install a font or could find out easily enough. Haha, very nice work, I really liked the style, you explain things very well, this is the best tutorial on Newgrounds.
Not a very good tutorial...
This could be adapted slightly to be used as a portfolio type thing to show off your own skills. But definitely not a tutorial item, you showed people that you could do a bunch of crap but not how to do it. Giving someone raw actionscript doesn't help them, they copy and paste it, chances are they never read it. Also, the special effects were good and I was looking forward to learning how to do them, but then you didn't have a tutorial on them! Just...showed them off...pointless really, nice try.

I know it would be extremely hard to disallow loops. However, I would highly suggest adding a button that says "I'm in an endless loop" and gets you out of one. It is far too easy to get stuck, bouncing up and down for the rest of eternity!
Other than that, game's great, love the physics, art is good, sound's pretty good, and all around a good game :) very good job I would be honored if you wished to work with me on a project. Let me know if you want details on it.

Not good dude, not good. Make the graphics good, make the start menu be able to close when you click out, etc. Perfect it man. SOrry but as it is it's not good.

Sorry dude, but compared to the others out there, this sucked. It had potential, but you got lazy. I can spend hours on some of the ones here at NG, this one took me about 5 minutes to go through everything. More sound, Work on the graphics, they weren't the best. Basically, don't be lazy, I know it's hard lol...but make some programs actually work (poorly) and stuff. Perhaps you can go to a couple sites with IE, but you get a million popups and stuff...heck you could make it possible to go to Firefox and download it lol.....I hope you come out with a better one soon. :)

But you don't...sorry, you got talent, and it's unique...I like the concept, but your first few levels need to be easier, also you need to include a key that will restart you instead of having to reach for the mouse every time you die, also, either put in a life system, where you start over only if you die three times, or just don't make them start over. Just start them at the beginning of the level.

This is a good tutorial, but not a very good Newgrounds peice. I'm not a tutorial-hater, the reason is that it is incomplete...it needs many more tutorials to make it a good tutorial-flash.
But thanks for the idea that I got from it! If you want to know the idea (and I'd love for you to be involved - you made this very well for what was there) then contact me...and remind me "im the dude who made the tut" lol
