[The Lord Of The Things]

It's pretty good...I guess...

I mean, it could definitely use some work. The artwork was pretty aweful, I have to say, and the animation wasn't that cool. But at least it was a funny idea with good sound. You weren't lazy with it, I can see that, even if your skills haven't yet reached their peak. Keep it up, you'll be better soon I think.

Yeah.. that's my weakness -> animation. Every time I try to animate the characters it ends with weird movements and such stuff.. so I decided to keep more effort on the storyline and the design itself. thanks for the great review ;) And yes - I hope I get better.. I ever do ;D

Better than most, VERY good, but...

I mean it's amazing, and very cool. But the thing is I would REALLY like this to have some way of not killing the 2d aliens. I mean, I'd like to think that if we came in contact with a lesser species, we wouln't conquer them but accept them into society. Maybe that is a little deep for a Flash, and this was funny and good, but I just think that should be at least one outcome.

I loved it man! Very creative! Good job, it has some interesting graphics, the guns are drawn very well, the animation is realistic, or if not that, looks good. Overall, I would say these are the only things I could see that need improving:

-Maybe you could draw the backgrounds. They were pixelated and I think ruined the effect a bit.

-Perhaps more than stick dudes? They were cool, but they could be cooler. Pimp them out. =D

WRONG.

Wrong, my friend. On many accounts. First of all, the ones doing this are not necesarrily "high pitched rednecks". In fact, there is no corrolation between the two. I have seen people of all types doing it. and yes, they are annoying, but the rating system has little to do with that.

Secondly, there is another group of people that ruins online gaming communities. It's the complainers. The jerks who call everyone "n00b" for doing anything. It's terrible here on NG. At games and Flash alike, we all start as newbies. It can't possibly be avoided. And while, yes, some submissions should definitely be excluded (I'm not proud of mine), it's ridiculous of us to make others feel terrible about it. Everyone starts young. And everyone who isn't shot down early grows to be great. From this submission, I guess that you are one of the "n00b-callers". Shame on you. I hope to god I'm wrong.

Good animation, that was certainly a good aspect. The sound was not very good, as I had to turn my speakers all the way up to hear the voices, and then I keept trying to time turning them down so I wouldn't get blasted with that static noise. But better than some stuff on NG. I don't agree with the idea, though, as you well know.

To critique your work from an artist's standpoint, the graphics were very good. The overall flow of the movie was good, and it was well designed. I have to say the music got slightly annoying, but we all have our own tastes.

From a human's standpoint, I commend you. This has reinforced a few of my beliefs and has been inspiring for me as an author. The statistics at the beginning were astounding, and set the mood for the rest. Depressing, but a very nice piece. Thank you.

I have to be honest about this one....

It was very well animated and very good sound. In fact, it would have made a TON of sense and be very funny if Kerry were in the hotseat. As it was, it was just another way to pick on the president for no reason. That's a shame...

This is really great! I've always been a fan of your movies! Sadly, there are many posing as you...I spoke to someone on AIM who is a TOTAL poser! He's a jerk...he has no respect for you. You are freaking amazing dude. I doubt you put your real email, but I would LOVE to talk with you some time, I have a big project with lots of people on NG working on it. I hope you read this, if you do, maybe you could email me or something?
